Your First Visit

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. You can also print and fill out our New Patient Form to bring to your appointment for your convenience.

New Patient Form

Initial Examination

Your dentist will review your medical and dental history, and complete a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening, and any required X-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your dental history and exam, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

Insurance & Financing

At West Central Dental, we'll help you navigate our payment options, insurance claims, and financing so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.

Insurance Claims

We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.

Payment Methods

The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
